The role acts as the MEP owner, developing preventive and predictive maintenance, conducting risk audits, and managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets while supporting EHS, disaster recovery, and WELL/LEED initiatives. Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree and 8+ years in facilities engineering in biotech/pharma; preferred: CEM, LEED/WELL AP, PM experience, strong control-system expertise, and CMMS/AutoCAD proficiency. Your Role:
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for overall operation of MEP infrastructure, assessing operational needs and developing project criteria, scope requirements, and implementation plans for facility mechanical system design activities across engineering and maintenance projects. The Facilities Engineer evaluates and applies new technologies and effective methods to achieve objectives, while developing, documenting, and continuously improving applicable mechanical systems and standards. In addition, the Facilities Engineer supports energy and risk management, conducts failure analysis, and contributes to reliability engineering for the pharmaceutical R&D campus and remote office sites, as needed.

Pay Range for this position: $133,400 - $200,100
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
