Colliers in Auckland is hiring a full-time onsite Facilities Manager for the Real Estate Management Services team to run day-to-day facilities operations across a portfolio of commercial and retail properties, ensuring buildings are well maintained, compliant and efficient. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors, oversee maintenance and service contracts, assist with budgets and reporting, and support capital works and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate has facilities management or property management experience, excellent communication and stakeholder skills, contractor management and compliance knowledge, strong organization, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and budget reporting.
