Minor Hotels is recruiting a full-time Facilities Manager for Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in Pokolbin to lead preventative maintenance, ensure safe compliant operation of building systems, and manage contractor performance, Body Corporate relationships and capital projects. The role combines hands-on repairs with strategic oversight of maintenance schedules, asset management, budget control and safety compliance, with a focus on guest experience and sustainable practices. Successful candidates will have hotel or similar experience, strong building systems knowledge, proven leadership, contractor negotiation skills, and experience implementing proactive PM programs. Monday to Friday 7:30am start with occasional after hours; working rights in Australia or New Zealand required. Oaks Cypress lakes Resort are looking for an experienced and reliable Facilities Manager to lead our facilities operations on a full-time basis.
This role is essential in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all building systems, common areas, and resort facilities. The successful candidate will oversee preventative maintenance programs, contractor management, Body Corporate relationships, compliance obligations, capital projects, and day-to-day maintenance activities across the property.
