The role
This is a 15-month transformation leadership opportunity to design, mobilise and deliver the future Facilities & Maintenance operating model, supporting our stores today while enabling our 2030 growth ambition.
You’ll lead the programme end-to-end, bringing delivery
discipline across governance, transition planning, vendor management, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help turn strategy into practical, commercially sound outcomes that improve service, performance and ways of working.

What you’ll do
Lead the design, mobilisation and implementation of a future-focused Facilities & Maintenance operating model.
Own the transformation roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, risks, governance and key decision points.
Set up clear governance, reporting rhythms, decision rights and escalation pathways across all workstreams.
Bring together stakeholders across operations, procurement, finance, technology, legal, people teams and external partners.
Lead transition planning for revised contracts, new ways of working, vendor management uplift and supporting technology changes.
Engage senior leaders to drive timely decisions, manage risks and keep delivery moving at pace.
Track and support benefits linked to service improvement, vendor performance, operating model change and cost discipline.
Define success measures, KPIs and reporting that provide clear visibility of progress, risks and outcomes.
About you
You’re a senior transformation leader with 10+ years’ experience delivering complex programmes, operating model change or large-scale service transformation.
You can move confidently from strategy to execution, bringing teams with you and turning complex work into clear, practical delivery plans.
You bring strong commercial, stakeholder and communication skills, with experience managing contracts, budgets, governance and executive-level decisions.
Experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments such as QSR, food, petrol, convenience or retail will be highly regarded.
