PowerNet is seeking a Field Administrator for its Balclutha depot, a full‑time onsite role that acts as the friendly, organised backbone behind the scenes. You’ll assist customers and contractors, provide admin support to field teams and supervisors, manage purchase orders and invoices, maintain job cost reporting and work orders, help with scheduling and databases, coordinate fault response during storms, and oversee PPE orders and depot resources. The ideal candidate has customer service or admin experience, strong organisational skills, confidence with Microsoft Office, and clear communication; knowledge of the electricity industry is a bonus.
