You will manage exhibit houses, A/V, signage, and swag, negotiate costs, coordinate sponsorship deliverables, and build pre-event playbooks with run-of-show documents and packing lists. You’ll handle travel, hotel blocks and ground transport, partner with Field Marketing to ensure on-brand booth experiences, track line-item budgets, and keep the global events calendar as the single source of truth. This on-site role is based in London or NYC with international travel; 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong organization, calm under pressure, and clear communication are essential. Tips to apply: tailor your resume with concrete multi-event wins, budgeting outcomes, vendor negotiations, and on-site problem solving; quantify impact, note tool familiarity, and show you thrive in a fast moving environment; ensure you apply from a tryprofound.com email address.

  • Maintain the global events calendar and tracker as the single source of truth across all tradeshow activity

  • Support on-site at key events, running the floor so the team can focus on conversations and pipeline

  • Support with field events, such as dinners or small activations.

Who you are

  • A natural operator who finds satisfaction in a perfectly executed plan and a well-packed crate

  • Obsessively organized with strong project management instincts and the ability to run multiple events in parallel without dropping anything

  • Experienced working with exhibit houses, tradeshow vendors, and convention center processes

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving timelines - you figure it out and move on

  • Strong communicator who can manage external vendors and internal stakeholders without hand-holding
