Shipfusion is seeking a Field & ABM Manager in Toronto for a full-time onsite role to own field marketing and ABM from target account lists and event strategy to logistics and post-event follow-up that fuels pipeline. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in field marketing with both event management and ABM in B2B or ecommerce SaaS, plus strong budgeting, vendor management, and Sales collaboration. You will use ABM platforms like N.Rich, SixSense, Triblio, RollWorks and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and craft 1:1 to 1:many copy. Travel 6–12x/year to the U.S.; CAD 100k-110k plus incentives. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Field & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to help us drive a cohesive events and high-touch ABM strategy that drives growth by covering the entire lifecycle of target account activation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be equal parts ABM strategist and event operator, responsible for building target account lists, identifying appropriate events and activations to connect with Shipfusion’s ICP, executing all event logistics, and developing strategic ABM outreach.
Success will be measured by your ability to nail the pre-event hustle (connecting with target accounts before we land), flawless execution of day-of-event logistics, and post-event follow-up to drive pipeline growth, as well as building and executing segmented ABM playbooks when the event calendar is clear.
