About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Officer to join our Taupo team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment for individuals serving community-based sentences, working across a variety of environments including courts, prisons, and residential homes.
Duties:
- Installing and maintaining electronic monitoring equipment
- Responding to equipment faults and alert activations
- Attending callouts across courts, prisons, and residential locations
- Liaising with field support teams to resolve issues quickly
- Providing professional, respectful interactions with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting in other areas of the business when required
What you’ll need:
- A ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to think quickly and stay calm under pressure
- Good level of physical fitness
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check
- A current COA or the ability to obtain one
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
