About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Weighbridge & Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

  • Process inbound materials to site, ensuring correct pricing, payment and transaction recording through weighbridge and gate-rate systems.
  • Direct site traffic safely and efficiently.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Keep the weighbridge, reception, and office areas clean, tidy, and professional.
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.

Qualifications

About You

In this role, you will be responsible for processing weighbridge transactions, assisting customers, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
