M2P Engineering is seeking Expressions of Interest for four SMP projects Cadia NSW, Prominent Hill SA, Tanami NT and Santos Fairview QLD, with fly-in via Roma. On the tools they’re after Boilermakers, Pipe Fitters, Mechanical Fitters, Riggers, Crane Operators, Industrial Painters and SMP trades, plus roles such as SMP Supervisors. The roster is 2:1 with two weeks on, one off, and flights from most airports with camp or housing provided. Essential tickets include a relevant trade qualification or HRWL, Working at Heights, Confined Space, White Card, EWP preferred, medical and police clearance; clean-shaven on sites. What you'll bring

For trades and operator roles:

  • Relevant Trade Qualification or High Risk Work Licence
  • Working at Heights and Confined Space certificates (within 2 years)
  • Construction Industry White (or Blue) Card
  • EWP ticket highly regarded for most sites

Before you start

You'll need to complete and pass pre-employment checks, including a medical (with drug & alcohol testing, ILO chest X-ray and step test) and a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (police clearance). Most sites also require employees to be clean-shaven.
