Esri Australia is hiring a Marketing Performance and Operations Manager on a 13‑month maternity leave contract, based in Brisbane and onsite, to bridge marketing performance, technology and operations across five markets. You’ll own HubSpot reporting, convert campaign data into actionable insights, and strengthen Marketing and Sales Operations alignment while maintaining data quality and Salesforce integration. We value 5+ years in marketing operations or analytics, strong HubSpot hands on experience, and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations. Demonstrate successful dashboards, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration; show how you’ve improved data quality, pipeline visibility and spend tracking.
