Finance Analyst
FreshaFresha is building the AI-powered operating system for the beauty, wellness and self-care world. Their platform helps everything from salons and barbers to spas, medspas and fitness studios run more smoothly, with millions of customers and businesses relying on it daily. The company counts over 140,000 partner businesses and more than 450,000 stylists and professionals, and it has processed in excess of 1 billion appointments so far. Fresha is based in London and maintains 15 offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
The Finance Analyst role is a high-impact, individual contributor position that sits at the crossroads of finance and data. Based onsite in Dubai, you’ll take ownership of the quantitative inputs that power finance operations, from board and investor reporting to unit economics and budgeting. You’ll work in the data warehouse, manage the Finance reporting calendar, and collaborate closely with Analytics, Finance Ops and senior leadership. This isn’t a backroom calculator job; leadership will turn to you for numbers, models and answers that shape strategic decisions. If you enjoy turning data into clear, decision-ready insights and sharing them with executives, you’ll likely feel at home here.
In short, this is for someone who wants a hand in how Fresha tracks performance and makes resource decisions, with the chance to directly influence the company’s trajectory through precise analysis and thoughtful storytelling with data.
Crunching numbers to guide Fresha
Your day-to-day revolves around owning the inputs that feed external and internal reporting, including quarterly board packs, investor summaries and related deliverables. You’ll keep a tight reporting calendar for all Finance outputs and build and maintain schedules that cover partner revenue and gross profit retention, GRR and NRR, across periods. You’ll make sure every Finance input to the Commercial Performance Update decks is accurate, complete and delivered on time.
On the unit economics and modelling front, you’ll own deal-level economics by country, forecasting revenue, gross profit and contribution margin. You’ll refine the attribution model across Organic, Marketing and Direct Sales channels, and you’ll build cohort-level models that capture CAC, LTV and payback periods. You’ll also construct operating and financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities and present your findings to senior stakeholders.
In Finance Operations, you’ll provide data extracts to support month-end close, reconciliations and audits, and you’ll keep the budgeting and forecasting model up to date with actuals and variance analyses. You’ll proactively flag data anomalies before they surface in reports, helping keep numbers clean and trustworthy. In Data & Analytics, you’ll work directly in the data warehouse to pull, validate and maintain datasets Fresha relies on, partnering with Data Engineering to ensure metrics are defined correctly and accessible in the right tables. The goal is to drive data-informed decision-making across commercial and Finance functions.

Three moves to stand out for this role
Lead with the strongest fit up top on your resume by opening with a short summary that highlights 4+ years in financial analysis or data-heavy strategy within a high-growth tech environment, plus direct board or investor reporting experience.
Show what you can do with SQL and unit economics. Include a concrete example of a model you built from scratch, what inputs you used, what you calculated (CAC, LTV, payback), and how the output informed a business decision. If you have a dashboard or report you can point to, mention it and the business impact.
Be ready to talk through a deck you’ve presented to executives. Describe how you partnered with Analytics and Finance Ops to deliver it, what the key takeaways were, and how leadership used the numbers to steer a decision or course of action.
Finish with a thoughtful question that shows you’ve thought about Fresha’s investor and internal reporting rhythm, for example: How does Finance coordinate with Data Engineering to ensure the CPU decks and board materials align with the metrics that matter most to Fresha’s growth and partner economics?
