BMW GROUP'S ACCELERATION PROGRAMME (UAE Nationals only)

BMW Middle East – Rep. Office Finance and Controlling Team is looking for a Finance and Controlling Associate as a part of the BMW Group's AcceleratiON Programme. The AcceleratiON programme consists of four assignments designed to develop a strong foundation for a future role at BMW Middle East – Rep. Office. The rotation journey includes two assignments within the Middle East Office, covering Controlling and Sales Planning, as well as two short-term assignments at BMW Group Headquarters in Munich and in another international market.

You will gain hands-on exposure to financial steering, business planning, reporting, market operations across the BMW Group. You will experience the business from both local and global perspectives, build an international network, and contribute to projects.

After successful completion of the programme, you will be placed in the Controlling function at BMW Middle East – Rep. Office, where you will steer financial performance, support management reporting and planning processes, and contribute to data-driven business decisions.

1. Become part of the Finance and Controlling Team and contribute fresh ideas and support initiatives related to financial steering, performance analysis, digitalization, and process improvement.
2. Apply a structured approach to projects by coordinating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating data into clear insights.
3. Support the timely and high-quality implementation of Finance and Controlling activities together with other functions and central departments.
4. Take part in transformation and continuous improvement projects that strengthen efficiency, transparency, and decision-making within the business.
5. Take ownership of additional finance-related tasks and ad-hoc analyses assigned.

What You Should Bring Along?           

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar discipline.
2. Relevant work experience ranging from 6 months to 3 years in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Planning, or Consulting preferred.
3. International exposure of at least 4 months through studies, internships, work experience, exchange programmes, or similar experience.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
5. Strong team player with the confidence to collaborate across functions and markets.
6. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into clear business recommendations.
7. Project management mindset with the ability to support multiple initiatives, follow timelines, and work with stakeholders in a structured way.
8. Strong digital skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems, AI tools, data visualization tools, or automation tools is an advantage.
9. Fluent English and Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken.
10. Readiness and motivation for an international career.
