Carta’s Finance and Equity Analyst Rotational Program in Toronto is a 12-month onsite path through the auditable reporting services team, rotating across 409A valuations, QSBS attestations, Fund Tax and VC/PE implementations to build private markets expertise. You’ll use AI tools, scripting and CLI workflows to automate processes, surface inefficiencies, and feed insights to engineering and product while supporting deliverables and client relationships. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field, a proven bias for action, solid financial statement knowledge, and strong multi-project management and communication. Nice to have Python, Excel modeling, and thoughtful AI tool use.
