The Finance & Resourcing Coordination Officer provides administrative, financial, and resourcing support to program and project teams, helping ensure effective reporting, budgeting, procurement, onboarding, and operational delivery.

  • Are highly organised and detail-oriented.

  • Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Have strong administrative, financial, and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Proactively support teams and improve processes.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, accruals, and financial reporting.

  • Coordinate onboarding, training, travel, procurement, and meeting administration.

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and templates.

  • Track and report on financial, resource, and operational activities.

  • Support process improvements and day-to-day team operations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Experience in administration, finance, project support, or resource coordination.

  • Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and reporting processes.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field are desirable.

  • Australian Citizenship is Mandatory.

  • NV2 Security Clearance Required.
