Taco Bell Foundation is seeking a senior Manager, Finance and Administration to lead financial operations, administration, and compliance for a 62 million dollar fund with growth plans. You will partner with the Executive Director and board, direct multi year planning and cash flow forecasting, and oversee grant accounting, audits, and IRS filings. The role guides Impact and Insights, data management, and donor records while supervising a small finance and data team. Ideal candidates have 10 plus years in accounting and finance with five plus in leadership, CPA or MBA preferred, GAAP and public charity IRS experience. Hybrid Irvine onsite Tuesday through Thursday; salary 130,000 to 150,000 plus bonus. About the Job:
The Manager, Finance and Administration is a senior leader responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Foundation’s financial, administration, and compliance functions. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with nonprofit and Yum guidelines and applicable regulations and best practices.
The position provides strategic counsel to the Executive Director and board of directors and other senior leaders, lead budgeting and forecasting and oversees audit and tax reporting. This role also oversees the organization’s data and payments management processes managing the grants and donor records specialist the impact and insights manager ensuring data-driven decision-making and compelling impact reporting. The Manger supervises finance and data personnel and works closely with other administrative support staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
