The role supports the Captain in flight preparation, navigation and operation, while developing leadership toward future command in Etihad's modern fleet. To apply you must meet Criteria A or B plus general eligibility, including current Boeing experience, an active type rating for at least two months, unrestricted ATPL, current Class 1 medical, under 50 and English Level 4. As a First Officer with Etihad, you are a key part of the flight deck team, supporting the Captain in ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of every flight.
