You will ensure safety, quality and productivity in picking, packing, shipping and receiving while coaching staff, onboarding new teammates, managing attendance and timecards, supporting payroll, and maintaining SOPs, incident reporting and daily huddles. The Role: Floor Supervisor
Availability: Full-time with an ability to work mornings, afternoons, holidays, and occasional weekends and holidays.
Working alongside the Warehouse Management team, the Floor Supervisor oversees daily activities in the distribution area and is responsible for ensuring staff work safely while meeting production, distribution & fulfillment requirements. Train, coach, and motivate staff to ensure good morale as well as a high level of productivity. Maintain accurate staffing levels to meet department needs.
