Mars is seeking a Focused Improvement Coordinator for a two-year onsite role in Bathurst NSW to drive the FI pillar turning data into action, accelerate site initiatives, and pursue zero losses, while also leading CVS for engineering projects and overseeing small Capital CABs. You’ll partner with shift teams, analyze data to identify loss drivers, coach teams in structured problem solving, and deliver improvements with robust operational readiness. Ideal candidates bring manufacturing experience (food industry preferred), CVS and continuous improvement know-how, TPM/Lean or Six Sigma credentials, and strong data-to-action skills.
