Reporting into the Hotel Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will be the driving operational force for all things F&B within the hotel.

 

In a nutshell, the Food & Beverage Manager will be primarily responsible for the below:

 

  • Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations
  • Drive guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service standards and memorable dining experiences.
  • Manage departmental budgets, labour costs, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, liquor licensing, and brand standards.
  • Build a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse operational performance and implement strategies to enhance service quality, productivity, and business results.

 

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in a Food & Beverage leadership role in an international luxury hotel environment
  • Strong people leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
