Crystalbrook Vincent is on the search for a collaborative, customer obsessed Food & Beverage Supervisor specialising in Conference & Events. The successful candidate will be eager to support our vibrant team in providing elevated experiences for our valued guests. Reporting to senior Food & Beverage leadership your passion is food, and you know your way around a drink's menu. You can’t wait to move up the ladder, and you set an example for everyone in your team! You will assist in leading the team and will be key in creating unforgettable experiences that keep our guest returning for more. 

 You will collaborate with our guests and team by: 

• Creating an outstanding employment experience for our Food and Beverage Collaborators. 
• Leading by example and championing our guiding principles to bring the best out of your team.
• Providing a warm and genuine service experience.
• Anticipating and responding to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner and coaching your team to do the same. 
• Taking an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides. 

ABOUT YOU:  

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our venues. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!  

You will need to demonstrate: 

• Considerable experience in premium restaurant/bar/conference & events environments. 
• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high quality service.
• Previous experience in leading a high performing team.
• Passion for developing others. 
• Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests needs. 
• In-depth knowledge of sequence of service, conference and events operations and product knowledge. 
• The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment whilst being able to keep high standards of service. 
• A confident, engaging, guest focused personality with a passion for delivering memorable experiences. 
• QLD RSA essential 
• A hands-on leadership approach, you will be on the floor leading from the front!
• Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
