The Role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional guest focus and high standards in all areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our F&B dining experience, while maintaining a superior guest focus at all times.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate the work of Food & Beverage attendants, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
• Implement and maintain service standards to enhance both guest satisfaction and team performance.
• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing daily operations to ensure seamless service.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage, ideally in a restaurant or resort setting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Enthusiastic, loyal and energetic team member with positive outlook ensuring high morals and clarity of purpose
• Ability to communicate at all levels and work harmoniously with people of all backgrounds
• Fantastic customer service
• Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and on short notice
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is essential
• Food Handling Certificate (highly preferred)
• Food Safety supervisor certificate (highly preferred)
• A current valid driver’s licence is essential

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
