Al Shirawi Group is seeking a Foreman - Ducting in Dubai to supervise and coordinate ducting installation on site, ensuring work follows approved drawings, project specs, quality standards, and safety requirements within the schedule. You will oversee GI and pre insulated ducts, duct accessories, dampers, grilles, diffusers and supports, allocate daily tasks to technicians, and coordinate with HVAC engineers and other trades to prevent conflicts. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings for material, manpower and equipment needs, monitoring progress, conducting site inspections, enforcing method statements, and liaising with QA/QC and HSE. To apply effectively, highlight onsite ducting leadership, scheduling and productivity, safety training and toolbox talks, UAE site experience, and concrete examples of on time delivery and defect rectification.

To supervise and coordinate all ducting installation activities at the project site, ensuring that works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements within the scheduled timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage ducting installation works at site as per approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Allocate daily tasks to ducting technicians and helpers and monitor their productivity.
• Ensure proper installation of GI ducts, pre-insulated ducts, duct accessories, dampers, grilles, diffusers, and supports.
• Coordinate with HVAC Engineers, Supervisors, and other trades to avoid work conflicts and ensure smooth progress.
• Review drawings and identify material, manpower, and equipment requirements for daily activities.
• Monitor work progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer/Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with approved method statements, quality standards, and inspection requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and rectify defects or non-conformities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all ducting works are completed within the planned schedule.
• Coordinate with QA/QC personnel for inspections and approvals.
• Enforce company HSE policies and ensure safe working practices are followed by all workers.
• Attend toolbox talks and ensure the workforce complies with safety regulations.
• Maintain records of manpower deployment, work progress, and material usage.
