Nebius is seeking a FP&A Reporting and Data Insights Analyst for a full-time onsite role in Amsterdam. You’ll own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, develop FP&A data models and dashboards, and translate complex data into clear business insights to guide planning and decisions. The role includes P&L, cash flow and balance sheet analysis, forecasting, and executive presentations for senior leadership and the Board, with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT and Data teams. Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years in FP&A, strong Excel/Sheets and financial modelling, and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Anaplan, Adaptive). The role

The Reporting and Data Insights Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The role provides clear, actionable insights that strengthen financial discipline, enable profitable growth, and supports effective budgeting and long-term planning.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Planning, Reporting & Process Support

  • Own the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs for the Executive team and Board, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insight-driven commentary
  • Own and develop Group FP&A data models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that analyse Group performance against plan, prior periods, and market expectations, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare executive summaries and presentations that translate complex financial data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders
  • Support improvements in FP&A tools, modeling templates, and internal reporting processes.
  • Partner with Finance, IT and Data teams to improve data quality across the Group, including consistency of data definitions, KPIs, and performance metrics across the Group
  • Own the forecasting and monthend cycles including timetable

Financial Modelling & Analysis

  • Prepare P&L and cash flow forecasts; including analysis of short and long-term liquidity impacts.
  • Provide analytical support for financial KPIs and performance trends.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights using advanced analytics, visualisation tools and commentary.
  • Analyse forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement in planning processes

P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Analysis

  • Support monthly and quarterly P&L, balance sheet reviews, focusing on key movements and drivers.
  • Identify risks and opportunities impacting P&L, operating, investing, and financing cash flows.
  • Monitor performance and delivery against approved cases, tracking variances, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing clear insights to support timely course correction.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance leadership and business unit heads, providing financial insights that drive commercial decisions
  • Collaborate with finance business partners to drive best practice, challenge assumptions, and embed insight-led decision making
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams

We expect you to have: 

  • 4–6+ years of experience in FP&A.
  • Strong visualization, analytical capabilities and financial analytical skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently on complex calculations.
  • Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow statements, balance sheet mechanics, and financial drivers.
  • Experience in board reporting, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and financial modelling best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • High resilience, with the ability to maintain sound judgment and performance in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with BI/planning tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Anaplan, Adaptive).
  • Strong experience with board level powerpoint presentation

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

  • Exposure to infrastructure-heavy, tech, or SaaS business models.
  • Experience with Netsuite and Netsuite planning and budgeting
