Pulitzer Amsterdam is seeking a Front of House Agent to welcome guests and craft seamless journeys from pre-arrival to departure. This full-time onsite role involves check-ins and check-outs, handling phone and email guest communications, supporting VIP arrivals, and creating thoughtful, personalized moments that make stays memorable. The ideal candidate is hospitable, organized, proactive, thrives in a lively environment, and stays calm under pressure; experience in a front office or guest-facing role is a plus, with Opera systems highly valued. Please note EU citizenship or a valid Dutch work permit is required, sponsorship is not available, and accommodation in or around Amsterdam must be secured. In this role, you play an important part in creating a seamless guest journey from pre arrival to departure. You assist with check ins and check outs, handle guest communication by phone and email, support VIP arrivals, and create thoughtful, personalised moments that make every stay feel warm, smooth, and memorable.

You are naturally hospitable, organised, and proactive. You enjoy working in a lively environment, stay calm under pressure, and know that the smallest details often make the biggest difference. Experience in a front office or guest facing role is a plus, and confidence with systems such as Opera is highly valued.

Please note: candidates must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for the Netherlands. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Besides that we only proceed with candidates who have accomodation secured in or around Amsterdam.
