Job Description

We are looking for an operational all-rounder with a strong focus on guests and employees. As Front of House Manager, you manage day-to-day operations at the Front Office and within F&B, while ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas.
You know how to get people moving, create a positive working atmosphere and keep your team motivated. With your leadership style, you ensure smooth daily operations so that you and your team can focus on what you do best: creating memorable experiences.

Together with our 3 Operations Supervisors and the team, you take hospitality at ibis Amsterdam Centre Stopera to the next level. You coordinate a multi-skilled team, ensuring that everyone is ready to support our guests wherever needed. You respond quickly and professionally to guest questions and feedback and play a key role in delivering an unforgettable stay.

Qualifications

We are looking for a down-to-earth, enthusiastic team player who easily connects with guests and colleagues alike. You think in possibilities, stay calm under pressure and see coaching as your main mission.

You bring:

  • Proven leadership experience within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (due to our international guests)
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
