Gibbston Valley is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead a hands-on team across multiple dining outlets, oversee reservations, events and POS, maintain high service standards, stock and cash handling, and drive continuous improvement as a brand-new venue opens. This full-time onsite role offers day shifts with weekends and public holidays and requires at least 2 years in hospitality, coaching skills, strong leadership, LCQ or willingness to complete in the first month, and reliable transport to Queenstown.
