Accor is seeking a Front Office All Rounder in Mascot to handle room availability and rates, reservations via phone, email and online platforms while assisting with inquiries, modifications and checkouts and upselling upgrades. You will allocate rooms, securely process payments, maintain accurate records and help resolve guest concerns to turn challenges into positives. The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, hospitality experience, familiarity with reservation systems such as Opera Cloud, and a calm, problem-solving mindset. Expect a flexible rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
