You’ll drive exceptional guest experiences, supervise reception, handle bookings and accounts, manage rosters within budget, resolve complaints, and support recruitment alongside the Hotel Manager. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory hotel experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a proactive service mindset, and knowledge of Trust accounting, plus flexibility for a rotating schedule including weekends.
