  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project teams during construction and commissioning phases.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and model records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
  • Understanding of BIM standards, construction methodologies, and MEP coordination processes.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience:

  • Typically 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP or mechanical systems.
  • Experience in residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or industrial projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GCC/UAE construction standards and BIM workflows is an advantage.
