What's involved

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their skills and safety practices
• Undertake hands on work including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely
• Report progress, issues, and requirements to management
• Pest and disease identification and treatment
• Maintaining high horticultural standards and attention to detail

What you’ll bring:

You will be a mature and reliable with high attention to detail who strives to exceed client expectations. You enjoy being hands on with your team and passing on your extensive knowledge and experience to junior team members.

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, or equivalent experience
• High level organisation and prioritisation skills
• Experience guiding and mentoring team members
• Sound practical experience with a variety of tools and equipment
• Driver's licence is essential
• Ability to pass pass a police and security checks essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
