General Manager - Inventory & Supply Chain

This role will be expected to:

• Optimise inventory holdings and achieve inventory KPIs.
• Improve stock availability and supply chain performance.
• Lead inventory digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop inventory strategies that support fleet growth and customer requirements.
• Drive Parts Excellence and continuous improvement programs.
• Partner with operational and global stakeholders to improve inventory outcomes.
• Lead and develop a national inventory and supply chain team.

Essential

• Significant leadership experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, parts operations, procurement, or aftermarket support
• Proven experience leading multi-site or national supply chain operations.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing:
• inventory optimisation;
• stock turn performance;
• inventory investment;
• demand planning; and
• inventory forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing supply chain strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading teams through change and driving business improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, operational teams, and global stakeholders.

Highly Regarded

• Exposure to remanufacturing, production planning, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory planning tools.
• Previous responsibility for digitalisation, data analytics, or inventory transformation projects.

• Lead national inventory strategy for a leading mining OEM.
• Executive-facing role with global stakeholder exposure.
