Manager - ICT Service Delivery, Network and Infrastructure

About the Role

Bridgestone is looking for a Manager – ICT Service Delivery, Network & Infrastructure to join our Information Technology Team at Bridgestone Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the Head of Information Technology and located at our modern Head Office in Eastwood, South Australia. Relocation assistance may also be considered for interstate candidates.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the delivery of reliable, resilient and secure ICT services across the business, ensuring services meet agreed service levels and business needs.
• Oversee network operations, infrastructure services and end-user support to maintain high levels of service availability and performance.
• Drive effective incident, change and problem management practices, ensuring issues are prioritised, resolved and continuously reviewed for improvement opportunities.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure service excellence, vendor performance and operational effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across service delivery, network and infrastructure environments while supporting strategic ICT initiatives.

About You

You'll be a collaborative leader, strategic thinker and customer-focused technology professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.

Additionally, you'll have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ICT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL), infrastructure operations, network services and operational governance.
• Demonstrated experience leading ICT service delivery, infrastructure and network operations in a complex business environment.
• Proven experience managing vendors, service providers, service levels and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, communicate and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams while driving operational excellence and customer-focused outcomes.
