You’re someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW.
You’re a dynamic team player keen to be part of our innovation-driven journey, shaping the future of technology with your skills and creativity. Your experience will help drive digital transformation and make an impact that matters.
In this role, you'll:
Join our Enterprise Geospatial team as a Geospatial Specialist, where you will play an integral role in delivering a technical uplift project for our Transport Management Centre. You will influence and help shape how GIS is used across an organisation that moves millions of people every day.
You’ll play a key role in making high-quality geospatial data accessible across our organisation, driving the sourcing, transformation, and distribution of data from both internal and external sources. You’ll be building best-practice capabilities for how data is discovered, accessed, and shared.
You will work closely with business teams and projects to design, build, test, and deploy GIS applications that deliver value, and will collaborate with analytics teams to generate visualisations, insights, and help inform data-driven decision-making. Your work will support the full data lifecycle across geospatial platforms like ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and open-source geospatial technologies.
You’ll be managing ELT processes to meet service level agreements and ensure that geospatial data is always accurate, timely, and fit for purpose, whether it’s for analytics, business intelligence, or data science. And just as importantly, you’ll be working with stakeholders such as technical teams, internal and external project planning and delivery teams, and business leaders, to deliver real solutions, on time and with impact.
