As our Global Para Sports Manager (m/f/d), you will lead HYROX’s ParaSports horizontally, holding full strategic ownership of classification systems, pathways, rules, and governance. Your mission is to professionalize ParaSports at scale, aligning it with international Olympic/Paralympic frameworks and ensuring seamless integration across all HYROX verticals. This is an ideal role for a leader capable of driving long-term system change and participation growth, serving as the global champion for our Para community.
Strategic Governance: Establish global classification standards, eligibility criteria, and robust policy frameworks.
Operational Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure race-day readiness and consistent athlete experiences across all global markets.
Stakeholder & Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with Paralympic bodies, sports federations, and advocacy groups.
Pathway Development: Design competition structures and training frameworks for both developmental and high-performance tiers.
Culture & Advocacy: Lead internal training and partner with the Marketing team to amplify athlete storytelling and representation.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Implement mechanisms informed by lived experience and performance data to track success.
Experience: Proven track record in sports management, specifically within ParaSports or adaptive fitness frameworks.
Governance Expertise: Strong understanding of international classification systems and Paralympic/Olympic frameworks.
Strategic Leadership: Ability to drive organizational change and scale programs globally across various business verticals.
Collaboration: Skilled at working cross-functionally with Operations, Timing, and Marketing to ensure operational excellence.
Communication: Strong advocate with the ability to build high-level partnerships and influence internal culture.
Languages: English (C-Level); additional languages are a plus.
