What you’ll do

As a Graduate Chemical and Process Engineer you’ll:

  • Apply your technical knowledge on live client projects

  • Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design
  • Learn from technical experts and mentors through immersive guidance
  • Grow your skills with workshops, self-paced learning, and leadership programs
  • Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership with team support
  • Connect through Limelight, our Early Careers Network

What you’ll bring

  • Graduated and available to start full-time in February 2027
  • A relevant degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (completed or near completion)
  • Curiosity and a desire to solve real-world problems
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
