An exciting temporary, hybrid graduate opportunity with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport in Adelaide CBD, designed to kick start your HR or psychology career in government. The People, Culture and Capability team offers exposure to HR Operations and Advisory, Employee and Industrial Relations, Workforce Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, and DEI, with start dates in 2027. Eligibility includes a three-year bachelor completed recently or by 2026 graduation; relevant majors include HRM, IR, Psychological Science, Organizational Psychology, OHS, and Human Services. Remuneration ASO3 about $74,095 plus 12% super. The Opportunity
The People, Culture and Capability team is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR function. Graduates have the opportunity to get involved in:

We are looking to establish a pool of graduates for opportunities that are immediately available at the start of 2027 and that may come up over the following 12 months.

About you 
We welcome applications from graduates and interns who:-

• Have completed a minimum three-year Bachelor’s degree within the last three years, or
• Are currently studying and expect to graduate in 2026.

• Psychological Science
• Organisational Psychology
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Human Services
• Or equivalent/related field.

Remuneration
Graduates - ASO3 - $74, 095 per annum, plus 12% employer super contributions.

Appointment to an alternative classification stream may be considered having regard to qualification(s) and experience.
