Job Description

This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover role of approximately 12 months. GYG runs high-volume, multi-channel campaigns and needs a designer who can execute at pace without compromising on quality. You'll be the execution hand that turns creative concepts into finished assets across digital, social, print, and in-restaurant the role the entire campaign delivery machine depends on.

What You'll Do

  • Independently deliver design work across digital, social, print, in-restaurant, and campaign channels
  • Translate creative briefs into strong visual outcomes with minimal supervision
  • Adapt campaign creative into multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency
  • Build and resize asset suites across all required formats and specs
  • Ensure artwork is production-ready and meets all technical requirements
  • Support the Senior Graphic Designer on key visuals and major campaign builds
  • Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, videographers, strategists, and stakeholders
  • Maintain campaign design systems and asset libraries
  • Manage multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously, proactively flagging risks
  • Participate in creative reviews and contribute constructive feedback

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years in a graphic design role, agency or in-house
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Proven ability to deliver finished assets with minimal oversight
  • Ability to interpret briefs independently and ask the right questions
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience working across multiple channels and formats
  • Reliable on turnaround, comfortable juggling multiple campaign briefs
  • Takes accountability for quality and deadlines; actively seeks feedback and applies it constructively
