Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Premiere) and a 2 to 4 years of professional experience in agency or marketing environments are essential, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree. To conceptualize, design, and execute visually appealing and innovative creative materials that align with the company’s branding, marketing, and communication goals. The graphic designer will ensure that all visual content is engaging, consistent, and optimized for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, while adhering to project timelines and brand guidelines

Responsibility:

  • Design Creation: Develop creative visuals, layouts, and designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, social media, brochures, and websites.
  • Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
  • Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas to enhance the company’s visual presence.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise achieve the desired outcome.
  • Asset Preparation: Prepare final design files for print production or digital use, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Qualification:

Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, after effects, premier and other design tools
  • Familiarity with branding and marketing strategies.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, marketing team, or similar environment
