Four Square Arrowtown is looking for a confident, customer driven Grocery Assistant to join our busy onsite team on a full time Wednesday to Sunday roster. This role covers presentation, stock, basic food prep and fast paced service, with scope to lead and gain an LCQ certificate we will facilitate. The ideal candidate is self motivated, uses initiative, physically fit, an excellent communicator and a strong team player with retail experience and a passion for community service. You will need to have experience in the following:
Be a strong relationship builder and communicator and effective team player. A passion for excellent customer service and taking care of our community. Someone who likes to be busy and takes pride in their work. A person who thrives under pressure and has a flexible can-do attitude. This role also involves basic food prep so we need someone who feels comfortable to do this. The successful applicant will also need to have previous experience supervising and or a natural ability to lead as we will need them to work towards this, and gain their LCQ certificate which we will facilitate.
Hours: Wednesday to Sunday Full time- please note this is ideally a long term role.
