The Role

As a Grounds & Maintenance Attendant, you'll enjoy a hands-on role in one of Australia's most unique and spectacular remote destinations. Working alongside an experienced maintenance team, you'll help maintain the resort's buildings, grounds and facilities, ensuring they're safe, functional and presented to a high standard for our guests and team. With a variety of daily tasks, on-the-job training and opportunities to develop your trade and maintenance skills, this is an ideal role for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in maintaining exceptional spaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with general repairs and maintenance
  • Supporting upkeep of buildings, gardens and infrastructure
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
  • Following WHS procedures and safe work practices

About You

You enjoy practical work and learning new skills. Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not essential.

You will bring:

  • A hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong safety awareness
  • Driver's license (essential)
