About the role

his role goes beyond traditional reporting. You will play a central role in shaping how group finance operates as Everfield continues to scale—owning the quality, consistency, and evolution of our reporting while strengthening the systems and processes behind it.

As the business grows in size and complexity, this role ensures that management and external stakeholders receive clear, timely, and reliable financial insight. You’ll work closely with Finance Business Partners, Business Intelligence, and senior leaders across the group—bringing structure, discipline, and continuous improvement to how we report and analyse performance.

You will own the monthly management reporting cycle end-to-end and be a key contributor to the annual external reporting process. Alongside this, you’ll support a range of internal and external stakeholders with recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs, balancing short-term requests with long-term process integrity.

This role suits someone who enjoys operating at the centre of a growing organisation—where building robust foundations matters as much as delivering accurate numbers.

What you will do

  • Own and run the monthly management reporting cycle, partnering with Finance Business Partners to deliver accurate results and clear performance insights.

  • Act as a central owner of Everfield’s accounting policies, ensuring consistent application across the group and evolving them as the business scales.

  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team on deeper performance analysis (e.g. Net Working Capital, trend analysis) to support decision-making.

  • Lead and coordinate reporting to key external stakeholders, including shareholders and debt providers.

  • Manage and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests while maintaining control, consistency, and deadlines across core reporting processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in finance, ideally within a group, multi-entity, or PE-backed environment.

  • Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or fast-changing situations.

  • Comfortable owning core finance processes and holding standards across a growing organisation.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage systems effectively (NetSuite experience is a strong plus).

  • Clear, confident communicator who actively seeks to understand and explain the drivers behind the numbers.

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable being challenged as the organisation evolves.
