What you'll do
As Groups, Meetings & Events Coordinator you are the central point of contact for group bookings and events, from the first enquiry through to final billing. You work closely with clients to understand what they need, translate that into detailed proposals and contracts, and coordinate with all relevant departments to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.
You conduct site inspections, manage all communication and maintain accurate records throughout the process. You keep a close eye on logistics, follow up proactively and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You stay informed about industry trends and use that knowledge to keep improving the way we work.
Who you are
Experience in event coordination or group sales, preferably in a hotel or luxury environment
Organised and detail-oriented, even when multiple events are running at the same time
Strong communicator who builds good relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
A practical problem-solver who stays calm and finds solutions under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with hotel or event management software
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
Experience in a five-star hotel environment
Knowledge of current luxury and event trends
International work experience
