Growth Platform Demand-Generation Marketing Manager (18 month term)
DeloitteDeloitte Canada is hiring for a Growth Platform Demand-Generation Marketing Manager on a temporary, 18-month contract. The role is hybrid and based in Toronto, with the chance to influence growth across the firm’s Growth Platform ecosystem. It’s a fit for marketers who love turning strategic priorities into measurable campaigns, especially those who enjoy collaborating with alliance managers, ecosystem partners, and senior leaders. Deloitte is 100% Canadian-owned and operated, and this position sits within the Canadian Growth Platforms team, which drives the firm’s most strategic alliance and growth initiatives.
The Growth Platform portfolio needs a hands-on, commercially minded marketer who can translate business goals into scalable marketing programs. If you’re comfortable working across complex partner networks, shaping industry-facing campaigns, and proving impact through ROI and pipeline influence, this could be a strong match. The team’s aim is to activate and scale Growth Platform offerings across priority industries, helping Deloitte deepen client engagement and strengthen alliance relationships.
This is an opportunity to contribute to market growth efforts tightly aligned with firm priorities, with potential for long-term growth for high performers. The role supports key ecosystem relationships and top Growth Platforms, helping bring offerings to market and accelerate outcomes across sectors.
Turning growth plans into action
In this role, you’ll partner with Growth Platform Leaders, Lead Alliance Partners, and other alliance stakeholders to convert platform and market priorities into practical marketing plans. You’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated demand generation, ABM, partner marketing, client engagement, and growth activation initiatives that speed up pipeline and amplify alliance value. You’ll also steer sponsorships, industry events, and client activities that sharpen Deloitte’s market position and deepen relationships, while building repeatable playbooks and activation frameworks that can scale across the top Growth Platforms.
Beyond campaigns, you’ll own the marketing investment process for the Growth Platform portfolio, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and priority setting, so investments align with business aims and expected outcomes. You’ll set performance measures that tie activities to client engagement, pipeline influence, and real business results, and you’ll deliver reporting, insights, and ROI analyses to guide decision-making and demonstrate value. The role also calls for close collaboration with onshore and offshore marketing colleagues to optimize execution and to explore how emerging technologies and GenAI can modernize workflows and improve decision support.

Tips for making your case
Put your most relevant experience up front on your resume. Lead with at least five years in demand generation or growth marketing, especially where alliances or partner marketing were a core part of the role, and show how you translated business priorities into marketing plans that moved the needle.
Demonstrate the must-have skills with concrete proof. Prepare examples where you managed budgets, tracked ROI, and reported results that influenced decisions at the executive level. Show how you built strong relationships with Growth Platform Leaders and other senior stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
Get ready for interviews with the day-to-day realities of this role. Have stories ready about creating scalable activation playbooks or models across multiple platforms, linking marketing activities to pipeline outcomes, and using data to optimize campaigns. Talk through how you’ve used collaboration tools, marketing tech, and even GenAI capabilities to improve efficiency and insights.
Have a smart question ready to ask. For instance, you could inquire how Deloitte measures the impact of Growth Platform marketing across its top 15 platforms, and ask for a recent example where an activation led to a noticeable shift in pipeline or client engagement.
