Anker Innovations is looking for a GTM Product Manager to join its Netherlands team, based onsite in Rotterdam. This role centres on shaping go-to-market plans for each stage of product launches and coordinating across product, marketing, supply chain and omnichannel sales to deliver measurable results. The focus areas include smart manufacturing, industrial internet and industrial automation, making it a good fit for someone who wants to contribute to a global brand from the Netherlands.

The position is full-time and onsite in Rotterdam, offering a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning user insights into growth. It suits a candidate who communicates clearly, works well with multiple stakeholders, and wants to help drive the company’s regional performance in consumer electronics and related fields.

Success here hinges on turning data into strategy and working closely with local teams to land launches that resonate with customers and channel partners while supporting broader business goals.

Orchestrating market entry in Rotterdam

In this role you own the go-to-market rhythm for each product release, pulling together research, competitive insights, channel planning, pricing decisions, brand marketing and sales policy to guide execution across the product’s life cycle.

You’ll study market and sales data to uncover channel demand and opportunities, then craft targeted sales plans that aim to deliver solid regional results and show clear ownership of those outcomes.

You’ll steer large-scale market initiatives, coordinating product, marketing, supply chain and omnichannel sales teams, aligning pricing and strategy with cross-functional agreement and driving resource integration to meet shared goals.

Pricing, omnichannel inventory and marketing spend will be managed holistically to allocate resources efficiently and improve overall ROI, ensuring that every corner of the operation supports the product’s success.

Ultimately, you’ll be the engine behind growth, turning user insights into creative, data-driven execution that helps define the brand’s next big milestone with tangible results.

The must-haves to be a fit

  • Graduating in 2027 or later with a bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in data analytics, science, engineering, or related fields are preferred
  • You are truly passionate about products, especially consumer electronics, and want to grow in that space with peers who share that enthusiasm
  • You think from first principles, focusing on the core of problems to build solutions from basic ideas
  • You’re driven by challenges and a desire to achieve excellence, aiming to deliver strong business results
  • You’re committed to personal growth and look to the company’s training and incentive programs to develop leadership on a global stage
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills, efficiently coordinating cross-functional resources and driving projects to completion
  • You can work in Dutch or German as a working language

Tips to help you stand out

Lead your resume with a concrete example of a product launch you’ve driven from research through to execution, including how you shaped pricing, channel strategy and sales policy.

When you showcase must-have skills, include a brief case that demonstrates how you analysed market data to uncover channel demand and then translated that insight into a targeted regional sales plan that achieved measurable results.

Be ready to discuss how you’ve coordinated product, marketing, supply chain and sales teams on big market initiatives, and point to a clear ROI impact or business outcome from those efforts.

Prepare a thoughtful question about scope and metrics, such as how the Netherlands GTM plan fits into the broader regional strategy and what KPIs the team uses to measure ROI. The question should reflect specifics from the job description and show you’ve thought about how this role drives growth.
