Tips for applicants: how to stand out
Kick off your resume with a clear example of a GTM project you led, showing end-to-end launch work, cross-functional collaboration and regional scope, make sure it demonstrates how you translated market insights into a concrete plan.
Back up the must-have skills with concrete episodes: illustrate how you used data to drive decisions, highlight moments where you communicated across languages and teams, and point to times you worked with Product, Marketing, Delivery and both online and offline sales teams to achieve targets.
Come prepared to walk through a GTM plan in an interview: outline how you’d conduct market research, choose channels, set pricing, and craft a marketing plan for a product launch, including how you’d tailor it for Rotterdam and the European market.
Ask a smart, role-specific question: inquire about how GTM success is measured across regions, what BI tools the team relies on to track performance, or how cross-functional workstreams are organized in practice.
