Job Description

Join the team at Oaks Glenelg Liberty Suites as a Full Time Guest Service Agent. 

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of the resort, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Answering enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Assisting with reservations and payments
  • Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Has previous front office or customer service experience (hotel/resort preferred)
