Accor seeks a Guest Service Agent in Rotorua to greet diverse guests, handle quick check-ins and check-outs, respond to requests with proactive service, and upsell the venue’s features like Atlas Restaurant and Clarke’s Bar while representing Rotorua tourism with pride. Shifts run 7am to 3:30pm or 3pm to 11:30pm; you will keep a tidy, high energy station and settle accounts at checkout while delivering memorable, heart-led hospitality as a Heartist. What matters most: a naturally service focused personality, calm under pressure, clear respectful communication, and a willingness to learn and grow through Accor Academies. Settling accounts at check-out while delivering service so good they almost don’t want to leave.

Showing off our hotel’s best features by upselling Atlas Restaurant, Clarke’s Bar, and even our eco-friendly water bottles like the legend you are.
Our shifts for Guest Service Agents are 7am to 3.30pm & 3pm to 11.30pm.
