NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a full-time Guest Service Attendant at Myall Shores NRMA Holiday Park, Bulahdelah, NSW, on Worimi Country. You’ll be at the heart of guest experience, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering enquiries in person, on the phone or by email, assisting with bookings, payments and park information, offering local tips, resolving issues, and supporting reception, housekeeping, maintenance and cafe teams. Ideal candidates have customer service experience in hospitality or retail, are comfortable with computers and booking systems (training provided), communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, are reliable and detail‑oriented, and can work weekends and school holidays. We welcome First Nations people, those with disability, and diverse backgrounds including LGBTQI+.

Job Description

Nestled between lake, bush and beach on Worimi Country, Myall Shores NRMA Holiday Park is a favourite escape for families, couples and travellers wanting to slow down and reconnect with nature.

What You’ll Do

As a Guest Service Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience.

Your day could include:

  • Welcoming guests on arrival and providing friendly, efficient check-in and check-out
  • Answering guest enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
  • Assisting with bookings, payments and park information
  • Providing local tips on attractions, activities and dining
  • Helping guests with any issues, concerns or special requests
  • Supporting daily reception and office tasks (filing, cash handling, data entry)
  • Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance and café teams to keep everything running smoothly

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that prides itself on warm hospitality and genuine customer service.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality or retail
  • Are confident using computers and booking/reservation systems (training provided)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy talking with people from all walks of life
  • Stay calm under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks during busy times
  • Are reliable, organised and have strong attention to detail
  • Are available for weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
  • Are happy to lend a hand across different areas of the park when needed

Knowledge of the local area and its attractions is a bonus, but not essential.
