We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Service Attendant to join the team at NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park, located on stunning Dunghutti Country.

What You'll Do

No two days are the same, but you can expect to:

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs and general guest enquiries
  • Share local tips so guests can make the most of their stay
  • Manage bookings, payments and basic admin tasks
  • Help keep the park running smoothly as part of a supportive team

What You'll Bring

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are approachable, positive and love helping people
  • Have great communication skills and enjoy problem-solving
  • Are organised, reliable and comfortable in a busy environment
  • Are happy to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Have experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Most importantly, you care about giving guests an amazing experience from the moment they arrive.
